The Property and Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation (PACICC) complies fully with Canada's federal and provincial privacy laws. Our mission is to respond to the claims of eligible policyholders in the event of a member P&C insurance company insolvency. In carrying out its mission, PACICC relies on individual insurance companies, regulators and liquidators to obtain consent for the collection of confidential information. We use such information only for purposes that are directly related to the fulfillment of our mission. All of PACICC's employees and suppliers of key services have agreed in writing to maintain the privacy and security of any confidential information that we must use in our business.
